Instant Pumpkin PieStolen from David Smith
2 packages vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/3 cups milk
16 oz can pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
9 oz. container of Cool Whip, thawed
1 baked 9" pie shell or graham cracker crust, cooled
Add pie filling to milk in bowl. Mix at lowest speed of electric mixer just until blended, about 30 seconds. Blend in pumpkin, spices, and 2 cups of whipped topping. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set - at least 4 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
